Key points from our terms and conditions
This is a simplified summary of our Terms of Service to help you understand the key points. The full Terms of Service remain the legally binding agreement between you and Fortexa.
Trading in cryptocurrency and CFDs is leveraged and carries a high risk. You may lose some or all of your invested capital. These products are not suitable for everyone.
Fortexa provides an online platform for trading leveraged Contracts for Difference (CFDs) on cryptocurrencies, currency pairs, and precious metals such as gold. You trade as a principal, on an execution-only basis; we do not provide investment advice.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form legally binding contracts under applicable law to use our services.
You may hold only one account and are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
We may refuse service, suspend or terminate accounts, or cancel transactions at our discretion, particularly where we suspect fraud, abuse, or unauthorized activity.
The Service is offered only in permitted jurisdictions, primarily the CIS region and certain other markets, and is not available where prohibited.
It is not available to residents or citizens of sanctioned jurisdictions, FATF/CFATF high-risk jurisdictions, or to Politically Exposed Persons (PEPs).
You must complete identity verification (KYC/AML checks) before accessing certain features or transacting above specified limits.
Verification may require identification documents, proof of residence, a liveness/face check, and disclosure of source of funds and trading experience.
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information. Providing false information may result in account termination.
CFDs are leveraged, so even small market moves can have a large effect, and losses can exceed your initial deposit.
You must maintain sufficient margin; if your margin level falls below the threshold, positions may be closed automatically (stop-out / liquidation) without notice.
Crypto prices are highly volatile. Past performance is not indicative of future results, and all trading decisions are made solely by you.
You are responsible for understanding the tax implications of your trading in your jurisdiction.
Funding is made exclusively in cryptocurrency, using the assets and networks supported on the Service from time to time.
You are responsible for sending funds to the correct address on the correct network; transfers to a wrong address or unsupported network may be unrecoverable.
Withdrawals are paid in crypto to a wallet you control. For AML reasons we may require the same wallet/source used to deposit and may delay or hold suspicious withdrawals.
You agree to pay applicable trading fees, spreads, swap/financing charges, and network (blockchain) fees as set out on the Platform.
A position left open at the daily rollover (00:00 UTC) is charged an overnight financing fee (swap), calculated as a percentage of the position size per night. Crypto is charged every night; instruments that do not trade at weekends are charged at a triple rate on one weekday instead. The charge accrues against the position, is deducted when it closes, and brings its liquidation price closer.
We may modify the fee structure at our discretion; current conditions are always shown on the Platform.
Copy trading mirrors another customer's trades on your account automatically. That customer is not our employee or adviser, we do not vet their strategy, and their past results do not predict future ones.
Copied trades are your trades: same fees, financing charges and liquidation rules. A trade may be copied late, at a different price, or not at all — for example when your allocated amount is insufficient. You can stop a subscription at any time.
A trader you copy may charge a commission on your profit from copied trades. The rate is shown before you subscribe and applies only to a positive net result.
API keys are issued in your account and bound to it. The secret is shown once; you are responsible for keeping it safe and for every trade placed with your keys. Withdrawals are not possible through the API, and we may rate-limit or revoke access at any time.
You may not violate any laws, engage in market manipulation, or use the platform for money laundering or terrorist financing.
Exploiting price errors, latency, or feed delays (arbitrage abuse), using unauthorized bots, creating multiple accounts to circumvent limits, or interfering with the platform is prohibited.
Sharing your credentials or allowing others to access your account is not permitted.
Any bonuses are discretionary and subject to the conditions published at the time of the offer, which may include trading-volume requirements before withdrawal.
We may adjust, cancel, or recover bonuses and related profits where we detect abuse or bad-faith activity.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
We may be required to share your information with regulators, tax, or law-enforcement authorities to comply with legal obligations.
Fortexa is operated by Muskarat Ltd, a company registered in St. Vincent and the Grenadines (reg. no. 110661).
This Agreement is governed by the law of St. Vincent and the Grenadines, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
Complaints should be sent to support.fortexatrade@gmail.com and are handled under our complaints procedure set out in the full Terms.
