This Refund and Withdrawal Policy (the "Policy") regulates the procedure for requesting withdrawals by Clients and for the processing of such requests by Fortexa (the "Company"). This Policy forms part of, and should be read together with, the Terms of Service Agreement. Anything not foreseen by this Policy is regulated by the Terms of Service Agreement.

The Client may submit a request for the withdrawal of funds from the Account (a "Withdrawal"). The request shall be made in the form provided through the Service in accordance with the Terms of Service Agreement. Withdrawals are paid in cryptocurrency to a wallet controlled by the Client, using the assets and networks supported on the Service.
The Company proceeds with execution of a Withdrawal Request conditionally upon confirmation that all requirements applicable to the request are observed in accordance with the Terms of Service Agreement. The Company executes the Withdrawal Request in the form and in the amounts provided by the Terms of Service Agreement, and reserves the right to establish limits on the amount of funds the Client may withdraw in any given period.
The Company may request the Client to provide additional identity documentation as a condition for executing a Withdrawal Request, as stipulated by the Terms of Service Agreement, and may implement any other security and anti-money-laundering rules, provisions, and regulations at its sole discretion, where required to prevent money laundering, fraud, or any other crime or action which, in the Company's belief, may expose the Company to liability or loss. To prevent fraud, the Company may also require withdrawals to be made to the same wallet or verified source used to fund the Account.
The Company may refuse to process a Withdrawal Request for any reason, including a reasonable suspicion that the Client has breached the Terms of Service Agreement.
The Company reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to refuse to process a Withdrawal Request or to place a payment hold on any part or all of the funds in the Client's Account for any reason, including where there is a reasonable suspicion that the Client has breached the Terms of Service Agreement or any laws, orders, or governmental regulations.
Everything not foreseen by this Policy is regulated by the Terms of Service Agreement. In the event of any conflict between this Policy and the Terms of Service Agreement, the Terms of Service Agreement shall prevail. The Company may amend this Policy at any time by posting the updated version on the Service.
