Simple practices to help keep your Fortexa account and funds safe.
Turn on 2FA in your account settings using an authenticator app. With 2FA, even if your password is exposed, your account cannot be accessed without the second code. Store your backup codes somewhere safe — they are how you recover access if you lose your device.
Create a password you use nowhere else, combining upper- and lower-case letters, numbers, and symbols. Keep the email address linked to your account secure too, since it is used for password resets.
Only ever log in through our official website. Be suspicious of emails, messages, or links asking for your password or 2FA codes. Fortexa staff will never ask you for your password, one-time codes, or backup codes.
Always verify the withdrawal wallet address and network before confirming. Crypto transfers are irreversible, and sending to the wrong address or network can mean the funds are lost.
Keep your operating system, browser, and antivirus software up to date, and avoid logging in on public or shared computers and networks where possible.
If you notice anything suspicious on your account, change your password, make sure 2FA is enabled, and contact support.fortexatrade@gmail.com right away.
